You retain ownership of your data and code. By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to access and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
We maintain strict confidentiality of all customer data and information. We will not disclose your confidential information to third parties except:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gritt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our Services.
Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gritt and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through our Services. Your continued use of Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
